Aora Creative handles information used to provide its website, launcher and account services. For privacy questions or requests, email support@aoracreative.com. Games distributed on other platforms may also have their own privacy notices.
Account and activity data
An account uses your email, nickname, password verification data and date of birth. Optional profile images, friends, messages, presence, activation keys, wishlist, playtest requests, game sessions, playtime and progression are stored when you use those features. Public IP information is used for key activation and security. Never send your password by email.
Purpose, visibility and providers
These data support authentication, library access, downloads, social features, support and abuse prevention. Friends can see the profile and presence information exposed by the social features; your email and date of birth are not part of the public catalogue. Hosting and file delivery providers process connection information when serving the site, artwork and downloads. Opening a third-party store subjects that visit to its own policy. Account services rely on the service relationship; optional audience statistics rely on your choice; security processing and legal requests may have other applicable grounds.
Retention and your requests
Account records remain while needed for the account and associated access. Security, support and legal records may require different retention periods. This service does not currently provide a universal automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention, recipients and processing locations. We may need to verify account ownership. Applicable law determines your rights, including complaints to a competent data protection authority.

Developer partners
Developer access is invitation-only and subject to Aora approval. Studio details, contact messages, email addresses, password hashes, sessions, project drafts and review decisions are processed to manage applications, secure access and moderate publications. Drafts are private to the studio and Aora administrators until approval. Contact requests are answered by email. Contact support@aoracreative.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
