Current store status
Direct payments are not currently enabled in the Aora store or launcher. Wishlist entries, playtest applications and unpaid preorder reservations do not charge you. There is therefore no direct Aora payment to refund through these features.
Purchases elsewhere
For an App Store, Google Play or other store purchase, contact the seller identified on your receipt and use that store’s refund process. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Before direct Aora sales open, their prices, payment terms and refund or withdrawal conditions must be published. No universal refund period is promised here. If you see an unexpected Aora charge, contact us with the transaction reference, never your full card details.
